Today was arms and cardio! I thought about doing another segment then decided not to. We had a dentist appointment so we were on a time constraint!

For lunch I had fudge, lol. It was SO good! Probably not healthy but oh so yummy. I had more fudge for dessert. It's from the dairy food group, so it's okay!
